PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a Judgment of money entered on October 26, 2016, docketed December 12, 2016, in the amount of $53,806.42, now approximately $56,965.70 as of November 2, 2017, the following described real property will be sold by the Sheriff at public auction on December 5, 2017 commencing at 10:00a.m. The undersigned Sheriff of Dane County, Wisconsin, will sell at pblic auction in the lobby of the Dane County Sheriff's Office, Public Safety Building, Room 2002, 115 West Doty Street, Madison, Wisconsin, pursuant to an Execution Against Property issued by the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin in Dane County Case No. 16-CV-1738, Judgment Debtor Scott B. Ehrlinger:

Lot 4, block 4, Park View, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Subject to all easements, covenants, conditions, reservations, leases and restrictions of record, all legal highways, all rights of way, all zoning, building and other laws, ordinances and regulations, all rights of tenants in possession, and all real estate taxes and assessments not yet due and payable.
