Quarra's role: Exterior building cladding and other design features using granites and limestone, plus about 30,000 square feet of Ramon Grey-Gold stone quarried in Israel for the main level floor and lobby. Different black Italian stones for interior fountains and pools, and limestone quarried from the east-central part of Wisconsin near Two Rivers in 4-ton blocks for 110 rustic-looking outdoor benches
"These things are like small automobiles," said John Rodell, executive vice president of Quarra. "It's very organic in the look of it. They want it to look like (the benches) were almost literally pushed out of the earth. So they're not manicured. They're not polished."
