Middleton-based Springs Window Fashions has added to its window covering product line through recent acquisitions in Florida and Wisconsin by its wholly owned subsidiary, Cesta, the company said Wednesday.
One acquisition was DHFI, a manufacturer and marketer of custom draperies and curtains based in Hialeah, Fla. The other involved certain assets of June Tailor in Richfield, northwest of Milwaukee, including the right to produce and market custom cornices, valences and drapery panels.
DHFI's 45,000-square-foot building, where about 50 people work, will continue operating under new management, Springs Window Fashions said. Plans call for integrating the June Tailor fabric-wrapped cornice production line into the Florida building.
