The law firm of Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C. has elected Kimberly P. Sebranek as President and Managing Shareholder of the firm, effective immediately.
Sebranek will be responsible for overall firm management and business development, in addition to representing her clients.
Sebranek, who joined the firm in 1999, has been a shareholder and has served on the firm's management committee since 2003. She also leads the firm's Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights practice group.
As President of the firm, Sebranek will continue to practice law in bankruptcy, secured transactions, and agricultural and commercial litigation. Sebranek has been selected to Wisconsin's Super Lawyers list each year since 2011, including 2017. No more than 5% of Wisconsin's attorneys receive that distinction.
Sebranek earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1998, Cum Laude, and her undergraduate degree from Berea College in 1991, Summa Cum Laude. She is also a Thomas J. Watson Fellow.
