Infant massage is an ancient parenting tradition used in cultures all around the world. It communicates love and encourages the development of trust and connection between child and caregiver. Infant massage can provide the foundation for a lifetime of loving, positive and secure relationships.

Infant massage offers amazing benefits for families with new babies! Clinical evidence shows that nurturing touch can have a positive impact on the overall development of the infant and benefit the parent/caregiver as well.

Benefits for babies may include:

Relief from muscle tension and stress of new daily experiences Improved, healthier sleep patterns Relief from gas, constipation, and colic Improved body awareness Development of a strong bond and trust with caregivers
