Whether you need relief from arthritis pain or you just want to be active, the Arthritis Foundation's six week Walk with Ease program can teach you how to safely make physical activity a part of your everyday life.  Comprehensive studies show that Walk with Ease reduces pain, increases balance and strength, and improves your overall health.  This program will help motivate you to get in great shape and will allow you to walk safely and comfortably. In addition to walking, you will learn valuable information about living a positive life with arthritis. Each class is lead by a trained, CPR certified instructor.
