Qigong is a gentle series of movements that boosts calm, mindfulness, and a healthy connection between the mind and body! This introductory class is a wonderful way to welcome and nurture your goals for the New Year.
Classes incorporate gentle movement, stretching, breathing, relaxation, acupressure and self-massage in order to get the qi (energy) flowing. This class is suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
Class meets every Tuesday, 6-7 p.m., Jan. 16th - March 20th. Class fee is $80/10 weeks; tuition assistance is available. Wil-Mar is on the bus line and there is plenty of free parking in our lot next to our facility.
