Build your health, strength and agility--no loud music or heavy weights needed! This bi-weekly class follows a 45-minute sequence of exercises proven to boost the strength and mobility of the muscles we use in everyday life--so you can stay independent!

Exercises are done standing or seated; all weights are provided. Two classes are offered, 8-9 a.m. and 12-1 p.m. This class is offered at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center; plenty of parking is available next to our building and we're also on the bus line! 

This interim session is the perfect time to try out this class. Class begins on Tuesday, Nov. 28th and goes until Thursday, Dec. 21st. Tuition assistance is available. Register online at www.wil-mar.org/classes
