Using a series of movements, exercises, and stretches, this class will help you steadily boost your strength, increase your balance, and improve your posture. You'll feel healthier and have more energy! The class incorporates light weights; movements are done while seated or standing. All equipment is provided! The routine is easy to learn and can be modified to fit everyone's ability, skill or health level. Great for those new to exercise or getting back to it after an injury.
Class meets every Tuesday & Thursday for 10 weeks. The class fee is $50/20 sessions. Tuition assistance is available.
The Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center is on the bus line, and also has plenty of free parking in our lot next to our facility.
