This gently-paced yoga class is ideal for anyone wanting to strengthen their bones. Poses and exercises follow a sequence proven to increase agility, strength and bone density. All abilities welcome for this slow, bone, strength and balance building practice. The 10 a.m. class will be done while seated on standing.
Class meets every Friday for 10 weeks. Class fee is $50; tuition assistance is available.
The Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center is on the bus line and also has plenty of free parking in our lot next to our facility.
