This gently-paced yoga class is ideal for anyone wanting to strengthen their bones. Poses and exercises follow a sequence proven to increase agility, strength and bone density. All abilities welcome for this slow, bone, strength and balance building practice. The 11:15 a.m. class will incorporate poses done on the mat or standing. 

Class meets every Friday for 10 weeks. Class fee is $50; tuition assistance is available. 

The Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center is on the bus line and also has plenty of free parking in our lot next to our facility.
