Are you curious about yoga? Are you seeking a slower-paced, well-suppported and relaxing yoga practice? This may be the class for you! This inclusive class is perfect for those who seek flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. Breath work and short meditations will also be included. Join our instructor Sarah Alt, and leave class feeling relaxed but energized. Please bring your own mat. Cost is $4 a class.
