Will Marx, owner of Wm Chocolate, comes on the podcast this week to talk about making chocolate "from bean to bar."

Will Marx loved dark chocolate but he wanted to know what was in it. The best way to do that, he figured, was to make it himself.

The sweet operation Marx began in his basement is now Wm Chocolate, a growing candy company and Madison's first bean-to-bar chocolatier. Marx makes six single origin chocolates from India, Haiti, Belize, Honduras and more.

This week on the podcast, Marx chats with The Corner Table host Lindsay Christians about how he coaxes unique flavors out of chocolate from all over the world.
