On Saturday, about 100 artists filled the 75,000 square feet of the Madison Municipal Building with installations, dance, music and interactive art. The building at 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. has closed for a $20.8 million renovation and is scheduled to reopen in October 2018.
