Fuegos, a new steakhouse in town with a vegan twist, had its official opening Wednesday, at 904 Williamson St. The restaurant says its chef, Oscar Villarreal, utilizes fresh, local, non-GMO, and organic ingredients to create "plates of edible art." Vegetables, steaks, and other meats are prepared on a natural wood burning grill and sourced from Local Beef Ranchers & Wisconsin Farmers. In addition, Fuegos offers a comprehensive vegan 'Latin Inspired' menu.
