Dear Editor: As I was reading the well-written article regarding Walker's neglect of Lincoln Hills, I was not only surprised by the many horrific incidents (and many more that we'll never hear about) that have occurred over a long period of time, but also surprised by the number of times and different people who have tried unsuccessfully to motivate Scott Walker to do something about it.

At the end of the article I was left with a question for the voting public of Wisconsin. Is this a statement about the heartlessness of Walker as a Republican or of Walker as a human being?

Something to ask yourself in the voting booth.
