Jason Kierce didn't even know what Hillel was when he first got a job at the Jewish student center on the UW-Madison campus. Now, he says, if there was a kosher Trivial Pursuit, he'd do pretty darn well.

This week on the podcast, Kierce shares his experiences creating the menu at Adamah Neighborhood Table and how he's using food to build cultural bridges.
