Carnivores making vegan food, Chinese-Italian dim sum, a luau at a sushi place and a celebration of Polish food in a local bakery will all be part of Madison Chef Week 2018

The fourth annual event, March 4-11, will be a celebration of chef collaborations, pop-ups and new challenges, including several new options for vegan and vegetarian food. Lauren Montelbano, chef at Surya Cafe, and Dave Heide of Liliana's in Fitchburg and Charlie's on Main in Oregon, stopped into the studio to talk about their vegan tapas lunch on Monday, March 5 (among many other delicious things).
