Two charged with selling heroin in Portage

Two people have been charged with allegedly selling heroin to a police informant in Portage.

Dustin Dickman, 31, rural Portage, was charged with two counts of being party to the crime of manufacturing/delivering heroin and one count of burglary, and Amy Lehman, 30, Portage, was charged with one count of being party to the crime of manufacturing/delivering heroin and bail jumping.

Lehman made her initial appearance in Columbia County Circuit Court in Portage on Tuesday. Dickman had his initial appearance on April 26, according to the Portage Daily Register.

The two allegedly sold .4 grams of heroin to the informant on Jan. 26 and Dickman sold .5 grams of heroin to the informant on Jan. 31.

Dickman faces up to 22 1/2 years in prison and Lehman faces up to 10 1/2 years in prison, the Register said.
