A Madison felon is charged with sexually assaulting a developmentally disabled woman after allegedly luring her to his apartment.

Fifty-one-year-old Darrell Bracey Sr. was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

Prosecutors say he met the 50-year-old woman at a bus stop in August and invited her to watch movies with him.

The woman tells investigators she thought she'd met a new friend. But she says once they got back to his apartment, he began taking her clothes off and touching her. She left and called police.

Bracey denies bringing her home. He says she probably knew details about where he lived because he's a "people person."

The woman's case worker says the woman has cerebral palsy, mild mental retardation and epilepsy.
