Levell Coppage busted loose for 209 rushing yards and three touchdowns, and the UW-Whitewater football team earned its fifth straight Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title with a 40-7 victory over visiting UW-Oshkosh Saturday.
The Warhawks also earned the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Coppage had scoring runs of 5, 6 and 66 yards as Whitewater gained a 33-0 lead.
Warhawks quarterback Jeff Donovan, who tossed an 11-yard TD to John Novak, completed 29 of 33 passes for 229 yards and one interception.
UW-Stout 43, UW-Platteville 10
Carlos Concepcion ran for two scores, and the host Blue Devils returned a pair of interception for TDs in a win over the Pioneers in Menomonie.
Platteville quarterback Mitch Shadley threw for 207 yards - including a 49-yard TD to Paul Pridemore - but the Pioneers managed only 1.4 yards on 30 rushing attempts.
