UW-Oshkosh 23, UW-Platteville 20: Former Deerfield athlete Jeremy Roach scored on a 4-yard run with 35 seconds remaining as the Titans rallied from a 10-point, fourth-quarter deficit to stun the host Pioneers 23-20 in a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football game Saturday afternoon.
Roach's TD capped a 12-play, 78-yard drive that gave the Titans their first lead of the game.
Former Dodgeland athlete Mitch Shadley completed 16 of 32 passes for 146 yards and two TDs for Platteville.
UW-Whitewater 38, UW-River Falls 14: Senior quarterback Jeff Donovan completed 19 of 27 passes for 353 yards and three TDs as the host and second-ranked Warhawks hammered the Falcons.
Junior wide receiver Aaron Rusch caught seven passes for 127 yards and a TD for the Warhawks. The seven catches moved Rusch's career total to 163 to break Jim Leszczynski's school record of 162.
UW-Stevens Point 26, UW-La Crosse 14: Former Baraboo athlete Jared Beckwith threw for 177 yards and a TD as the Pointers remained unbeaten in the WIAC with a win over the host Eagles.
UW-Stout 36, UW-Eau Claire 15: Running back Craig Warminski rushed for 167 yards and a score as the Blue Devils handled the host Blugolds.
