The University of Wisconsin took eighth place in the Division 1 team omnium standings after the final day of the USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships Sunday at Research Park.

UW's Holly Mathews earned 141 points in the criterium - the three-day event's final race - which was good for second place. She finished fifth in the overall standings. Teammate Kelley Hess placed 11th overall after garnering 86 points in the criterium.

Marian won the Division 1 men's omnium title - its second straight - while Mars Hill won in Division 2.

UW-Platteville's Maxwell Anderson finished second overall in men's Division 2.
