Monona Grove junior offensive lineman Jaden Gault took an unofficial visit to the University of Wisconsin on Saturday and later gave an oral commitment to Badgers coach Bret Bielema.
“I don’t think any other school can compare,” Gault said. “It’s just an honor to be a part of that (offensive line tradition). I’m really excited to be able to be a part of that down the road.”
Gault, 6-foot-6, 290 pounds, is a left tackle in high school but said UW coaches project him to play center or guard.
Gault picked UW over Michigan State and Nebraska and gives UW three commitments in the 2014 recruiting class, joining Hartland Arrowhead offensive lineman George Panos and quarterback Chance Stewart from Sturgis, Mich.
