The Palm Beach Post reported Saturday night that Jameson Wright, a defensive back out of Fort Pierce, Fla., has given an oral commitment to the University of Wisconsin football program.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Wright, who made his official visit to Madison this weekend and was in attendance for the Badgers' 34-31 double-overtime victory over Fresno State Saturday night at Camp Randall Stadium, told the Palm Beach Post that he liked the family atmosphere at UW.
Wright would be the 14th known commitment in the Badgers' 2010 recruiting class. He's the first known member of the class from Florida, which is the primary recruiting area for defensive line coach Charlie Partridge.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Wright also had offers from Florida International, Marshall, Rutgers and South Florida.
