Accuray, parent company of TomoTherapy, Madison, released a series of new TomoTherapy products on Sunday, called the TomoTherapy H Series.
Unveiled at the American Society for Radiation Oncology conference in Boston, the equipment features more flexibility in delivering treatment doses and faster treatment planning.
TomoTherapy makes radiation devices used to treat cancer.
"The new TomoTherapy H Series offers treatment solutions for the entire spectrum of radiation therapy. It will enable unprecedented speed and efficiency ensuring the highest quality of care from the routine to the most complex cases," said Accuray president and chief executive officer Joshua H. Levine.
