AirTran to add more flights from Milwaukee, adds SkyWest partnership

AirTran Airways plans to add more nonstop service from Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport and on Wednesday announced a partnership to add service to six more cities.

Beginning April 6, AirTran will fly nonstop to Dallas-Fort Worth and will expand service to Reagan National in Washington, D.C.

Through a partnership with SkyWest Airlines, there will be regional jet service from Milwaukee to Pittsburgh; St. Louis; Akron/Canton, Ohio; Indianapolis; Des Moines; and Omaha.
