Gently used Christmas, Hanukkah and other holiday decorations will be featured at the latest benefit sale from the Attic Angels Association of Madison.

The Holidays Galore & More Sale is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at the association's building at 640 Junction Road and will also feature decorations for Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve and holiday-themed clothing and jewelry. Food items for sale include Wisconsin dried cranberries, locally produced honey and a coffee blend created exclusively for the sale by Ancora Coffee. Other items include home-baked goods and hand-crafted items.

The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Admission is free, with the majority of the proceeds used to support Dane County nonprofits that support mental health services for middle school and high school youth.

Attic Angels was founded in 1889 as a mission to aid poor children and seniors in Dane County and opened a hospital in 1903, a visiting nurses program in 1908 and a nursing home in 1953. The company now offers a wide range of living options, rehabilitation and nursing services and enrichment programs.

The association holds three benefit sales a year that have raised more than $7 million over the past 35 years. In May the association holds a spring sale and in September holds a classic clothing sale.
