Apex project options:
• Build housing towers of nine and 12 stories with street-level retail and shared underground parking. Dedicate 209 E. Mifflin St. as a park and preserve the Lamp House as a visitor center.
• Build one 12-story tower with street-level retail and underground parking and a large opening above the 209 E. Mifflin St. lot for access to the Lamp House, which is preserved as a visitor center.
• Move Lamp House to North Webster Street. Dedicate 19 and 23 N. Webster and 22 N. Butler streets as a park with the Lamp House as a visitor center. Build a single, 12-story residential tower with street-level retail and underground parking on the rest of the property.
• Demolish or relocate 209 N. Mifflin St. and create a park for a preserved Lamp House. Acquire air rights above the McCormick/Capitol North parking garage across the street. Add another floor of parking to the garage and build four floors of condos with rooftop patio atop the new floor of parking.
