An inmate considered dangerous escaped from the Dodge County Jail early Friday morning, and was last seen in Juneau.

Dylan Farber, 30, fled the jail at about 2 a.m., the Sheriff's Office said.

His last known address was in Fox Lake.

"He was last seen in Juneau and was wearing khaki pants, green shirt and orange croc-type shoes," said Sheriff Dale Schmidt.

Deputies and Beaver Dam police and police dog went to the area around the jail in Juneau and conducted a search but didn't find him.

"Farber should be considered dangerous," Schmidt said. "If any contact is made, members of the public should not approach or attempt to apprehend him, but call 911 immediately."

Farber was in jail on charges of fleeing and eluding, and also has open charges against him in Dane and Green Lake counties.

Anyone with information about Farber should contact Dodge County Sheriff's Office, 386-3726.
