A man who allegedly stole $600 worth of high-end liquor from a Target store Saturday night has been arrested.

Jermaine Harris, 44, of Madison, was taken into custody and tentatively charged with robbery with use of force, disorderly conduct and battery, Madison police said.

Harris is accused of rolling a shopping cart full of liquor out of the store on Junction Road. When he was confronted by a store security guard, he allegedly punched the 21-year-old male in the head.
