A Stoughton man was arrested early Thursday morning for his alleged fourth OWI offense.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office said James Gryzynger, 67, was driving erratically on Highway N in the town of Pleasant Springs. A deputy who was following Gryzynger watched him pull over his 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck near Koshkonong Road around 2:30 a.m., said sheriff's office spokeswoman Elise Schaffer.

The deputy then contacted Gryzynger and had him complete field sobriety tests, Schaffer said. He was taken to the Dane County Jail on a tentative felony OWI charge.
