Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin's Capitol Clinic has been recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

The program evaluates clinicians and practices that use teamwork and technology to deliver coordinated and patient-centered primary care, the NCQA says.

SSM Health Dean Medical Group's East Clinic and Access Community Health Centers' South Side Clinic have received Level 2 recognition.
