Gov. Scott Walker is seeking nearly $7 million for advertising to attract workers to Wisconsin. It's seems like he wants workers for Foxconn, the Taiwanese technology firm that received nearly $3 billion in subsidies to build a factory in Wisconsin. With a shortage of workers in the state, it's clear many of the workers at Foxconn will need to come from out of Wisconsin.
