The University of Wisconsin men’s basketball team typically arrives at Selection Sunday with plenty of quality wins to spare.

That’s not the case this season. Its non-conference schedule turned out to be weaker than most seasons, and UW went 3-4 against the top half of the Big Ten Conference.

On the flip side, coach Greg Gard’s team beat the teams it was supposed to beat until slumping in the month of February. Even though five losses in six games late in the season cost a shot at winning the Big Ten title, there was never a doubt the Badgers were going to reach the NCAA tournament for the 19th consecutive season.

Here are 10 wins that helped get them there.
