A pair of shutout victories sent the University of Wisconsin women's hockey team into a four-week break as the unanimous No. 1 team in the USCHO.com Division I women's poll.

All 15 first-place votes in Monday's rankings went to the Badgers (21-1), who earned 1-0 and 3-0 road victories over St. Cloud State last weekend.

It was the 11th straight week that UW was in the top spot, and the seventh straight week that it has been unanimous.

The Badgers return to play Jan. 13-14 against Minnesota State at LaBahn Arena.

Minnesota stayed at No. 6 and Ohio State at No. 7 in this week's rankings.
