Middleton senior Payton Hodson was named the Big Eight Conference player of the year for girls golf. Verona coach Jon Rebholz was named the conference coach of the year.

The first team included Hodson, a Valparaiso recruit; Verona senior Lauren Shorter, a UW-Green Bay recruit; Verona senior Courtney Shorter; Middleton sophomore Katherine Meier; and Janesville Parker sophomore Sophia Dooman.

The second team included Middleton senior Grace Peterson; Beloit Memorial senior Chloe Day; Madison West junior Lillian Knetter; Janesville Craig freshman Kallie Lux; and Janesville Parker junior Ashlyn Burdick.

Honorable-mention recognition went to Beloit Memorial junior Lizzie Sage; Janesville Craig sophomore Sara Nerad; Janesville Parker senior Lauren Reid; Madison Memorial senior Brianna Johnson; Madison West sophomore Ashley Fleming; Middleton senior Allison Richards; Sun Prairie junior Morgan Jambard; and Verona sophomore Caitlyn Ott.
