The Madison West girls tennis team remained third in Division 1 the Wisconsin High School Tennis Coaches Association state rankings, according to the poll released Sunday night.

This was the final poll of the season. WIAA subsectionals and sectionals are scheduled this week.

Madison West was the team winner at the Big Eight Conference girls tennis tournament Thursday.

Madison Memorial stayed eighth-ranked.

Mequon Homestead was No. 1 in Division 1.

In Division 2, Madison Edgewood was ranked No. 6.

University School of Milwaukee was No. 1.
