Now under the direction of executive chef Kyle Cozine, Jardin in the Robinia Courtyard at 829 E. Washington Ave. serves dinner five nights a week. Cozine, who redesigned the menu in mid-May, gets fresh veggies from the market every week and uses flowers from his wife's garden as garnishes. "Jardin" means "garden" in French, and Cozine believes the plates "should look like it does outside."
