List three of your top priorities.

James: Community, growth and infrastructure.

Caravello: 1. Riverfront redevelopment. 2. Bicycle/pedestrian infrastructure. 3. City promotion and economic development.

If you could reverse one city action, what would that be?

James: It would be how the infrastructure was designed within the Kettle Park West development.

Caravello: The decision to commit tax incremental financing (TIF) dollars to the Kettle Park West (KPW) development.

How would you change the way the city handles development?

James: Favoring smaller and family-run businesses, and by putting community needs first.

Caravello: I would focus more on urban infill where infrastructure already exists.
