Sydney Mathiason scored 12 points for the Cheesemakers (14-2 overall, 8-0 Badger South).

Ellen McCorkle scored 20 points and Liz Uhl had 11 points for Oregon (9-6, 3-5).

Jefferson 64, Brodhead 35

Emilee Truman scored 18 points and Olivia Ganser had 11 points as the unbeaten Eagles (13-0, 11-0 Rock Valley) stormed past the visiting Cardinals (7-7, 4-7).

Erin Nyhus scored 20 points for Brodhead.

McFarland 54, Whitewater 52

Seniors Gabi Runde and Katie Rounds both scored 17 points to help the host Spartans (9-6, 8-3 Rock Valley) defeat the Whippets (10-4, 8-3).

Senior Mary Zahn scored 11 points for McFarland. Senior Allison Heckert led Whitewater with 13 points.

Edgerton 59, East Troy 42

Senior Bethany Oren scored 16 points as the visiting Crimson Tide (4-12, 2-10 Rock Valley) defeated the Trojans (4-10, 1-10).

Senior Jessica Danks scored 14 points to help Edgerton. Junior Erin Rice led East Troy with 18 points.

Beloit Turner 51, Evansville 34

The host Trojans (8-6, 6-6 Rock Valley) took a 29-13 halftime lead and made 16 of 24 free throws overall to pull away against the Blue Devils (5-11, 3-9).

OIivia Tincher led Turner with 13 points. Evansville got nine points from Abby Efternoff.

Wisconsin Dells 60, Nekoosa 32

Jenna Mace scored 19 points, making four 3-pointers, and Bethany Smith had 12 points as the visiting Chiefs (14-1, 6-0 South Central) defeated the Papermakers (4-11, 3-3).

Jenna Baker scored 15 points and Tess Keenan had 10 for Nekoosa.

Lancaster 62, River Valley 44

Devin Wagner scored 15 points to lead four double-digit scorers as the Flying Arrows (6-9, 1-5 Southwest Wisconsin) beat the visiting Blackhawks (3-12, 1-5) for their first conference victory.

River Valley got 18 points from Jayln Eastlick and 13 from Riley Feiner.
